• Member of the AR Input & Interactions team. I focused on improving our EMG signals classification process.• Built proxy models of our primary model, resulting in improved training costs (time: 3 days --> 3 hours, compute: 1/30th of the original cost) while maintaining nearly identical model performance.• Wrote reusable source code to extract, cleanse, and standardize model output data in preparation for plotting performance across benchmarks. Colleagues simply input a model ID + benchmark IDs to auto-generate plots.• Published a Jupyter notebook to showcase my proxy models (code snippets) and their performance (statistics, graphs, and interpretation of results). Delivered a live presentation to the department at internship end.• Implemented several new labelling algorithms, the best of which consistently performed slightly better than our current flagship labelling algorithm under extensive testing.• Added multiple features to our modeling infrastructure (option to use a subset of the full corpus with a variety of sampling methods, ability to parse a YAML config file in order to freeze specific model layers or blocks, opportunity to generate multiple DAGs to run in parallel, etc.).• Gathered requirements from stakeholders and regularly communicated updates.

• Member of the ESL team responsible for the Electronic Shelf Labels system (used in physical Amazon stores).• Designed and implemented a user interface for engineers within Amazon to access and view data from the onboarded physical stores and the integrated microservices used to connect and operate the ESLs.• Documented my design decisions in a standardized format and underwent Amazon’s design review process.• Implemented a REST API that serves Amazon store (and related services) data; wrote SQL queries to fetch data from the backend DB; built a web application using React; incorporated authentication & security measures.• Participated in all sprint ceremonies of the team, contributed to technical discussions, joined code reviews.• Worked on business-as-usual tasks/issues for our team in sprint fashion. Fixed bugs in the ESL codebase.

• Primarily responsible for the web and mobile development (Angular) of our platform dedicated to bringing athletes tailored mental health care. • Added scalability to pages of our application to include accessibility for mobile and tablet platforms.• Fetched blog article posts from our WordPress, using its REST API, to be displayed/accessed on our homepage.• Created our matching page to link athletes to their top 3 therapists based on their preferences.• Added image logo stamping and cropping interfaces for our users to spread awareness across social media.
