Is the primary on-call on site for enterprise wide after hours IT emergencies & escalations, and responsible for managing the online manual outlining the scope of work for the on-site technical support team within Parklands IT Service Operations department.Responsible for hardware & software deployment, support, and repair for the largest Health & Hospital provider in North Texas, for Doctors, Executives, and other VIP Users within the enterprise.Worked between New Memorial Parkland, Old Parkland, and other COPC Clinics to deliver support for Windows, Linux, iOS & OSX based applications, as well as hardware support & repair for some medical devices and approved vendor devices, such as Apple, Lenovo & Dell, as well as configured and deployed Cisco Telecom devices.Worked within Service Now, Solar Winds, EPIC, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, as well as AirWatch to deliver support and service.
