I’m excited to share that over the summer, I did a 6-week internship with the NorCal Lincoln Property Company office! I had the opportunity to grow professionally, connect with such wonderful business minds, and contribute to some of Lincoln’s key projects at the time. During my time at Lincoln! I gained numerous valuable skills and hands-on experience over the summer. Just to name a few: I gained proficiency in Nexus Invoice Processing Systems, along with participating in discussions on Capital Lobby remodels. I also had the opportunity to manage both the Service Agreement and COI Trackers, review building operations budgets, and apply this knowledge to invoice processing. A highlight of my internship was assisting with CAM reconciliation letters to tenants, which deepened my understanding of the intricacies of tenant relations. Additionally, I created a ROC Model/Presentation on a potential acquisition that was well received.The proudest moment of my time with Lincoln was having the opportunity of crafting a new company-standard Project Profitability and Construction Management Fee Tracking spreadsheet, which is now being implemented in full effect!This summer has been both informative and rewarding, and I’m excited to apply the skills that I have gained to the future of my professional journey.
