As a Senior Civil Servant I led the development and delivery of the Property Data Survey Programme - the largest national Building Surveying exercise to capture condition data ever to be carried out – in total over 20,000 surveys were undertaken.The programme value was in excess of £25m, had 40 internal staff and over 250 external Building Surveyors carrying out the surveys.
