About Anthony Nethercott

An enthusiastic, determined and hard-working HR professional with over 15 years HR experience dealing with everything from HR Administration to Employee Relations to leading on work place projects collaborating with senior managers in the business. My priorities are all about building relationships, improving the business and looking after it's employees whilst protecting the business profitability and reputation. I am able to build relationships at all levels across the business in order to understand the business needs, and then operate, influence and implement across each level.My current role connects all of the great experience I have gained in the past, from managing ER cases, to dealing with TUPE, supporting senior leaders and offering advice at all levels.All of this is underpinned by my operational experience as I have over 20 years retail experience prior to working in HR.
