As the Founder and CEO of AXA Engineers, I’m dedicated to pushing the boundaries of infrastructure design consultancy. My journey started in a small village in post-war Vietnam, where I harbored a dream of contributing to projects that benefit both my community and homeland.I graduated from Da Nang University of Technology with a degree in Civil Engineering and earned a Master's in Project Management from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. My academic career included numerous research publications in renowned journals like the International Journal of Project Management and the 2016 Annual Conference of the North American Fuzzy Information Processing Society (NAFIPS). This academic foundation allowed me the privilege of teaching project management classes, sharing my knowledge and experience with future engineers.With 8 years of experience at an American company, I recognized the immense potential of Vietnamese engineers when given the right environment. This realization led to the founding of AXA Engineers in 2016, with a vision to become a global leader in providing outsourced infrastructure design consultancy solutions.At AXA Engineers, we focus on creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued.
