JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Ensure the efficient operation of blow moulding machines and down the line equipment which include the utilities( compressors, chillers, leakage testing machines). Provide shift production report and highlight operational quality and safety issues to team manager/Factory manager. Ensure to follow the safe working practices while attending to the machineries. Ensure the proper servicing of moulds and Pet Blow Moulding machines. Ensure that bottles produced are within standards and meet the specifications as per SOP. Ensure preventive maintenance carried out as per machine manufacturer reconditions. Ensure machine breakdown history and root cause analysis report and provide the action plan to the management. Ensure minimum 98 plant efficiency
