Responsible for overall commissioning and startup of equipment, facilities and tooling for the Central and SouthEast U.S. Managed 23 startup managers in key MSA cities. ▪ Expanded responsibility included championing and deploying a Rapid-Low Code SaaS database visualization system (QuickBase) to consolidate 78 disparate and unconnected tools residing in excel or other desktop user point solutions. This enabled autonomous decisions to occur through mobile apps and easy to drill down data sets. All startup execution systems (Coupa, AppSheet, Playbook, Salesforce (Construction Milestones) were combined to create a common operating picture for weekly business reviews.

BIW Center Manager for the Toledo Jeep Assembly Complex and Professional Maintenance (PM) Pillar Lead. Managed 480 employees on 26 assembly lines producing 1100 vehicles per day.▪ Developed a WCM (World Class Manufacturing) Silver level plant through teaching and practicing Japanese methods; 5S, 6 sigma, kaizen, focused improvement & other lean manufacturing methodologies and processes. ▪ Explored, Tested and Deployed a Digital World Class Manufacturing (DWCM) system using a Rapid-Low Code SaaS database visualization system (QuickBase) and SQL data warehouses. DWCM enabled floor level manufacturing decisions to occur through mobile apps and easy to drill down data sets. All manufacturing execution systems (FIS (IIoT), CMMS, QoS) are combined for a plant KPI topography down to the machine level. ▪ Responsible for capacity attainment, quality, safety, maintenance, design changes and budgets required to support daily and future operations. Stamping Assembly Project Manager for the 2013 Mustang and Focus launch. Provided guidance, experience and coaching to the engineer teams. Held overall responsibility for the financial accountability and success of the sheetmetal welding assembly tools in exceeding 30 million dollars investment. Met and exceeded all part quality PPAP and PSW requirements.

Responsible for the design, build, procurement and launch of sheetmetal welding assembly tools.▪ Capital Expenditures exceed $26 million at Chicago Assembly Plant for the 2010 Taurus & 2011Explorer programs. In parallel with the new product tooling, developed and trained 73 hourly workers and associated skilled trades on the new products, processes and tooling. Initiated and championed new metal finish quality processes and procedures that lowered warranty to a record low.

Managed and oversaw all operational activities for the Hybrid Vehicle Systems Group in Rochester Hills, MI. ▪ Primary contact for more than 70 suppliers to coordinate developmental engineering changes, Bill of Materials, timing, quality objectives, tooling, and cost impacts. ▪ Formulated, developed and launched the corporate enterprise software plan that consolidating ERP, PLM and MRP solutions into a cohesive network; increasing collaboration, lowering time to market and mitigating engineering change confusion. Managed all Information Technology assets including; servers, active directory, security, exchange, client PCs, development software and tele-communications.

Owner and primary operator of an e-commerce warehouse, two computer retail outlets and small business networking operation. Achieved annual sales in excess of $1.2 million. Transit Assembly Tooling (1997) Developed assembly design and build of welding assembly lines exceeding $20 million in two European stamping / assembly plants. F-150 Assembly Tooling (1994-1996) - Responsible for the design, build, procurement and launch of $18 million worth of under-body welding assembly tools across four assembly plants and affected stamping plants.
