I am a Melbourne based Psychotherapist and Holotropic Breathwork practitioner. I work from a Gestalt informed, Process Oriented, Transpersonal lense which also draws it's roots from Traditional Chinese Medicine. I practice an awareness based approach that utilises the breath and the body to facilitate healing and transformation.I have been working in the fields of healing and personal development since the late 1990's. I started in 1994, exploring the impact of environmental factors on our health and included an extended period of teaching Western Geomancy at the Australian College of Environmental Studies. This work included Power of Place field trips and lectures that explored our connection to place and to country, with experiential techniques to help facilitate a deeper direct connection with the spaces and places we inhabit. A deep appreciation for nature has permeated my work over the last 20 years and is one of the key elements in a grounded psychotherapy.
