I am currently a Graduate student at California State University Sacramento earning his Masters in Science within the department of Counselor Education: Graduate and Professional Studies in Education with my specialization being in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling (MCFC)/Marriage & Family Therapy(MFT).This Masters degree I am pursuing also meets the educational requirements for becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and/or a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the State of California. It is also nationally accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). The Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling concentration is both CACREP accredited, and Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE) aligned, in order to help with licensure in California and other states.I am a dedicated and compassionate individual aspiring to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a strong commitment to fostering positive interpersonal relationships and facilitating mental health and well-being for individuals, couples, and families. I'm seeking to apply academic knowledge and clinical skills to create a supportive environment for clients in their journey towards emotional resilience and fulfillment.
