Current• Provide IT infrastructure oversight, guidance and support for various private and public companies across multi national office locations.• Management of Office 365 Exchange Online, Business Premium, and Enterprise to small and mid-sized businesses on a monthly basis.• Migrate Google for Work environments to Office 365 and vice-versa on a regular basis.• Manage IT help desk for Tier-1 and Tier-2 level issues. Provide Tier-3 hands on support for corporate employees and IT onsite staff. • Assist C-level executives with IT strategy and guidance to Corporate Board of Directors and IT Steering committees. • Designing and implementing short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure design and capacity meet the existing and future requirements. • Consult and integrate mobile device management, archiving and retention, eDiscovery features as necessary.• Administration of Google for Work and Microsoft 365 environments.• Subject matter expert on cloud-based technologies as it relates to backups, redundancy, co-location and hosting.• Provide “white glove support” to upper management executives including having personal access to CEO and high profile individuals.• Administration of Active Directory, Group Policies, Users/Groups, Website Domain management.• Extremely proficient team with expertise in Windows and Apple Operating Systems and line of business applications.• Setup and support of mobile running Android, iOS, and Windows.• Manage company IT vendor relationship and contracts.• Successful migration from Novell to Windows Servers• Successful migration to Google Apps from on-prem Exchange• Successful migration from Google Apps to Office 365 Enterprise• Proficiency in cloud storage services including; Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, iCloud
