Coordinates and supports business and financial planning, including short and long term financial forecasting.Develop and maintain databases for financial, gaming, marketing, staffing and other statistical data.Develop and generate necessary daily/weekly/monthly financial, gaming, marketing, staffing and other statistical reports and analyses.Continually expected to improve and support the annual budget process.Develops historical, current and potential future trend analysis.Assists in assessing and communicating financial and operating results to senior management.Develops appropriate financial and operating metrics for use by management in decision making.Ensures departmental goals and performance measures are understood and achieved by managers.Supports review meetings with managers to identify and implement process improvements.Communicates effectively with all levels of management.Maintain excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations with guests, vendors, visitors and staff.

Daily analysis of operating areas as directed by the Corporate Director of Operations Analysis.Assist management with any ad-hoc projects as determined necessary and essential to the financial success of the company.Use Financial Statements and other data sources to build and maintain recurring reports to help Operators better understand their business.

Responsible for the generation of periodic analytical reports to support the monthly Financial Statements & Executive Committee members.Track and record daily Gaming, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Retail, and Hotel statistics for monthly and annual analysis.Assist in special Ad Hoc analytical projects as required by management.Prepare reports which sum and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.Study and analyze processes & procedures to improve efficiency of operations.Assist with the preparation of budgets.Perform other related duties that may be assigned by reporting senior.
