Serves as the Pre-Professional Allied Health academic counselor and recruitment coordinator. Develops and serves as the head of the peer-mentoring committee for pre-professional students who serve as support for recruitment and orientation.Assists Director in training new staff on Allied Health programs and processes. Acts as a mentor to designated Academic Counselor 1 staff, to assist new staff in professional success within the unit and provide guidance in the areas of professional standards, University policy and procedures, and available resources. Conducts a variety of academic workshops and public presentations for current and prospective students and parents including, but not limited to, Bengal Bound Orientation.
