With over a decade of experience in higher education administration and a Master of Arts in Student Services Administration, I am a passionate and strategic leader who strives to enhance the student experience and academic excellence at Pennsylvania College of Technology. As the Associate Vice President for Enrollment & Academic Operations, I oversee several key areas that support the recruitment, retention, and success of our diverse and talented students, such as admissions, financial aid, academic operations, student advocacy, and Title IX.I also serve on the President's Council and co-led the revision of the College's mission, vision, and values, and the development of the 2022-2026 strategic plan. I spearheaded the College's COVID-19 Task Force from 2020 to 2023, ensuring the safety and well-being of our campus community. I am a certified Title IX/civil rights investigator, suicide prevention gatekeeper instructor, and mid-manager/leader in student affairs.
