Manage project budgets for approved grants; initiate purchase orders/ requisitions, bid specifications, design expenditure documentation systems, and monitor the project budget for compliance with College and agency guidelines.Establish and maintain effective communications with other College offices, community groups, and advisory boards to ensure the delivery of appropriate academic programming and services to support the academic goals for all students.Serve as an academic affairs’ liaison with Enrollment Management. Act as Academic Affairs liaison in student/parent communications related to Academic Affairs’ issues; solve problems.Represent Academic Affairs in General Construction planning meetings.

Hired, trained, and supervised a group of 13 resident assistants in two traditional style residence halls which hold 375+ resident students. Coordinated the First Year Residents Succeeding Together (FYRST) Program. This program offers a series of opportunities that assist first year students with their transition to the college environment. The program targets all first year students in an effort to bring them together in an atmosphere that is ideal for learning outside the classroom.
