- Business Manager (since 2010 and till November 2013) - Reclassification of financial statements for the Headquarter T.M.I.- Kaizen Field Specialist (for 2 years) - Consultant for the first European pilot-project aimed at sales process optimization and after-sales customer service (a two-monthly training supported by Japanese experts of TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION at the Dealer Toyota Rivauto with reference to the warehouse T.M.I. (Toyota Motor Italy) and according to the J.I.T. philosophy (Just In Time) and to the analysis of methods for the continuous company processes improvement, administrated through “Action Plans”.- Customer Care Service Manager (for 2 year) - The job consists of analyzing and coordinating every initiative for the customer complaint management. After the identification of the complaint by phone, fax or personally, another step follows: the acquisition of the complete information in order to solve the problem with “sense of responsibility”.- After-Sales Business Manager (for 3 years and as support till 2011) - Analysis of company processes with management of the after-sales problems, warehouse problems and “check” the ability of after-sales staff (10 colleagues); steady organization of meetings aimed at the dialogue, comparison and positive solution of problems (Problem Solving); Regular comparison with the “Zone Manager” of T.M.I. aimed at the internal procedures certification and at the achievement of company goals, by undertaking; Know-how of company processes in the commercial, sales and after-sales departments; KPI analysis and DATA extraction in order to assure “a steady control” of company aims.- E.D.P.
