During my 26 year military career, I trained, led, and managed groups as small as ten up to 80 military and DOD civilians. I was responsible for directly recruiting or supervising the recruitment of over 500 people into the military. Their specialties range from administrative clerk, combat arms, doctors, nurses and dentists.Since returning to the civilian sector I helped a Department of Defense small business develop, train and grow a burgeoning staffing department. Initially consisting of just three team members, Program Managers and a Recruiter. Later becoming a team of 15, which encompassed Recruiters, Program Managers and Credentials. Responsible for recruiting, qualifying and managing staff for more than five major clients in 35 states in over 43 Military Treatment Facilities including SAMMC and Wilford Hall. Revenue increased from $3M-$60M in five short years. The team was absolutely amazing.Currently I have been given the awesome responsibility to work with a team of Recruiters here in San Antonio and Salt Lake City, Utah. We provide staff to varied clients primarily in banking and large financial institutions. Our responsibility to the client is on-time delivery of qualified talent for their many programs. We identify their needs, pull together a strategy specifically designed for their facility then quickly fulfill their orders.
