As the Southeast Regional Director, I had full P&L responsibility for York Factory Direct’s sales & operations across the Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina company owned distribution markets (over $70m in revenue).- Drive forward thinking change, consistency, and a sales & customer focused culture throughout region. - Led the Florida region factory direct build out from 2 to 12 stores, while adding over $50m in incremental sales.- Led the acquisition and expansion in the Southeast markets of Georgia and South Carolina, taking on 4 new stores and 22 team members.- Nominated & selected to participate in the Johnson Controls Leadership Edge (JCLE) program, an intensive development and acceleration curriculum designed for those who have demonstrated the potential to be the company's next generation leaders.

As the Regional General Manager, I was responsible for the unitary product group's sales & operations across the Florida company owned distribution markets.- Led the footprint growth of factory direct distribution in the Florida market, expanding operations from 2 to 6 stores across the state and growing from 9 to over 50 team members.- For fiscal year 2016, exceeded prior year sales by 352% and beat our aggressive annual operating sales plan by 88%. For the first half of fiscal 2017, exceeded prior year sales by 110% and plan by 28%.- Piloted a contractor e-commerce solution across the Florida market, beating first year sales predictions by 56%.- Built on factory dealer programs in order to grow existing & gain new business, resulting in a 111% increase in program partner dealers from 2015 to 2016.- Worked with store teams & account managers to develop a competitive & extensive parts offering, resulting in a 240% YOY increase in parts sales.

As the Florida Unitary Products Group Area Sales Manager, I was responsible for the sales, marketing, dealer acquisition and development across the Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville markets.- Led the transition of the Florida market from independent to factory direct distribution.- Beat first year annual operating sales plan by 39%.- Developed an extensive contractor HVAC selection pricing spreadsheet for residential & commercial systems.- Recruited, hired, and trained account managers in each of our 3 major markets.

Responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the replacement sales department, the company’s largest department which currently represents approximately 50% of the company’s total revenue.- Headed the advancement of the company's replacement department, which yielded a 98% increase in sales from 2006 - 2014.- Managed, coached, and trained a team of up to 6 comfort consultants, up to 20 service technicians, and up to 20 installers- Designed an excel based retail sales book for all sales consultants which led to an increased gross margin, an increased closing percentage, and increased high efficiency sales.- Planned and negotiated all company marketing efforts, including newspaper, direct mail, television, radio, internet, social media, etc- Helped Sansone Air Conditioning win numerous manufacturer awards, including Carrier's top award, the President's Award, in 2007, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2015. (More than any air conditioning dealer in South Florida during this time period).
