Anthony Pasquini is an urban planner, restoration ecologist, native plant specialist, public gardens designer, and fine arts aficionado. As founder of Pohatcong Native Arboretum, Native Tree Museum of New Jersey, Anthony held the vision since 2002, and delivered on an exhibition of over 150 species of native woody plants organized by botanical family, Native American elements, trails, sculpture gardens in the making, and a log cabin with an art gallery. All native flora is identified by label. • Created and produced Pohatcong Native Arboretum which features an outstanding collection of native trees and shrubs organized by botanical family, Native American elements, sculpture gardens in the making, and a log cabin with an art gallery.• Oversaw the development of Pohatcong Native Arboretum since its founding in 2002 at Rutgers Cooperative Extension, Forestry. Between 2010 and 2015 our plant collection was tripled with acquisition from 25 different nurseries.• Completed the public arboretum and presented this educational and scientific wonder to the municipality, high school, local citizens, plant lovers, tourists, and Rutgers University.
