The web development effort deploys CMS integration in DotNet Nuke (DNN) and Open Web Studio (OWS). Also, set to front-end and back-end design. The solution is based around a SQL Server back-end implementation. The website is designed to be light and aesthetic on the front-end with a solid back-end that provides business essential solutions in C#, .NET, DNN, JavaScript, JQuery, JQuery UI, WCF Services, and other personally custom built, as well as, third party development tools for enhancements. Implementation on the backend was a LINQ to SQL solution that utilized the entity framework for easy integration of new tables and data fields for object discovery, as development and design progressed.

Automated deployment including COTs, Custom Software, DISA Requirements and O/S Patches with a one button install. Assisted software builds working with CM to automate using NANT for Microsoft software and ANT for Java Web Services, both using custom built modules. Oversaw all releases of commercial website, oneclickdigital.com. Built Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments from the ground up. Environments consisted of 13 Rackspace physical and virtual machines (Windows 2008, SQL Server, Coveo Search, Sitecore CMS, IIS, and Windows AppFabric (Cache)) for Production, 13 virtual machines on internal network for QA (production replica), 8 virtual machines in Amazon EC2 environment on VPC and Elastic IPs for UAT. Maintained all systems and environments down to dlls, code, and patches necessary for all working pieces. Maintained and backed-up all databases for each environment and ensured each code piece was backed up for upcoming release as contingency in a roll-back situation.Development work included a web statistics internal web site using C# .NET with java script, jquery, and JSON, for displaying web statistics from the IIS logs in production. Designed and implemented WCF services that would interact with third-party Help Desk software to automate Help Desk tickets generated from our Production website front-end. This implementation included email alerts and SQL Server updates using LINQ. Implemented Spiceworks used to monitor environments. Assisted in the design, development, and maintenance of a geospatial information dissemination web site for the Marine Corps. Website included an Esri ArcGIS Server backbone with custom OGC Web Services on an IIS web server. Web site was built for the DOD SIPRNet and was written in C# .NET with Esri ArcObjects, CSS, HTML, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, and javascript. Development included front end design with server-side development for common tasks. Including coordinate conversion, pdf file upload, thumbnail previews, polygonal dynamic data, added administrator functionality, integration with other web services, querying multiple Marine Corps GeoDatabase layers based on the TGD model, and the addition of Dynamic Data to End UI.Additional development work included an in-house Inventory Management System. Which included design and implementation of a custom SQL Server database, a web based C# .NET solution.Inventory Management then migrated to a COTS solution of a Sharepoint website. With full administrative rights of the sharepoint, designed and implemented inventory work flows, views, and tables for tracking all inventory in-house and deployed. Also created Configuration management tracking areas for documents, software, and deliverables), started a “Wiki” solution area for developers and integrators to share common tasks, solutions, and problems encountered. Integration work included installation, maintenance, and training of the deployable systems. Such activities included security hardening of applications per DISA guidelines, automation scripting for patch installation, scripting maintenance and administration of Oracle, IIS, and Esri ArcSDE. System administration and troubleshooting for Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, and Windows Appliance platforms. Java application were designed and tested across multiple platforms.Integration included the installation, licensing, configuration, and basic testing of Esri’s major application suites. While working in and leading the CJMTK segmentation effort duties included overseeing deliveries to government for testing. Software evaluation against government Information Assurance guideline, to include formal waivers against known findings and defects. Technical documentation to support software with delivered segments to include installation instructions, integration requirements, software requirements and specifications, as well as, known issues and any other technical data required by the customer. Segmentation process required script development for installation and basic configuration of software across platforms and government application security layers to include DIICOE (Defense Information Infrastructure Common Operating Environment).
