Administration, system integration, and software integration of SQL (PostGreSQL/PostGIS), ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal, WebAdapter, and IIS. Software development including a Visual Studio C# .NET solution on TFS platform and ESRI WebApp Builder. Backend implementation through Geo Services or Database. Utilizing GIT for builds, source control, and JIRA for agile development (storyboards, sprints, bug tracking, enhancements, and development time tracking). Using ArcGIS Javascript API, HTML5, CSS3, ASP .NET, Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap, DOJO, DIJIT, and Arcade. ArcGIS REST API and ArcGIS Server WFS, WMS, and Feature Access for data discovery, creation, and editing.
