Approached to assist with a pressing issue, I accepted a role in JLR as a Program Lead for Security and Architecture. JLR have a programme of work structured to improving Security within their evolving organisation. I was contracted in to consult on the Identity and an Access management gaps within JLR. I lead this work from the conceptual design stage, where I produced a market leading architecture solution for a large enterprise which would test the market and take JLR to a desired state.From the Conceptual design I achieved Executive level sign off, something which JLR had struggled with for some time. I then produced the RFP/RFQ pack for the vendors to bid against for the first part of the conceptual solution. I operated and ran the procurement process to contract award inclusive of the, pricing models, commercial options, comprehensive question and answer qualification sections. Throughout the process I managed the clarification queries and bidders presentations at the end of the Tender submissions.At the point of contract award Involved in the down selection and initial contractual discussions before taking on a Role back at the Cabinet Office led initiatives where they needed some regression assistance from me.
