I am a driven, dedicated, and adaptable logistician with a passion for self development and growth. I have over eight years of experience in management and have led teams ranging from five to 60+ personnel. I have led teams in the development of safety programs, reform of supply chain operations, maintenance training, and multi-echelon sustainment operations in order to reach and improve organizational goals and standards. I am looking for a career in logistics or supply chain management to deliver a high level of operational capability.I have been recognized as the top performer on almost every performance evaluation across multiple different positions. I have held the position of the senior advisor for maintenance operations and supply chain management for two organizations where I was responsible for the sustainment of equipment valued at over $100 million. I maintained 100% accountability in roles directly responsible for over $400,000 of resources through the duration of two multinational military operations. I have obtained awards and recognition as the distinguished honor graduate (valedictorian) in two leadership schools, additionally receiving a distinguished leadership award at one of them. I have graduated every military school attended with a form of honors or higher.I have spent the past 10 years working in an ever changing environment where I have developed excellent communication, critical thinking, adaptation, and leadership skills. I understand how to generate relations, create and implement programs, value organizational goals, and motivate others to reach the same level of success that I drive towards.
