Improvements in service activation software have resulted in shortened provisioning times from 120 days to within 5 to 30 days, a savings of up to 96% for Level 3. I was the lead architect and manager for access services application development and designed the access management tool and off-net routing and costing applications. In this capacity, I managed a team of five developers.

As a senior developer (team lead), I led the development of applications for eBusiness projects and mentored other developers. These applications were developed using open-standards architectures such as Java, CORBA, RMI, and HTML.In a previous role within Nortel, I served as the project leader for application development efforts for the Advanced Internet Solutions team.
