Defined and delivered strategic direction for a professional member association. Accountable to a 16-member Board. Analyzed existing processes and engaged with cross-functional staff to develop results-driven and people focused business strategies dedicated to driving positive organizational change, streamlining internal processes, and improving internal and external relations.Selected Accomplishments:- Directed ground-up development of organization-wide business operations and governance structure, providing first encompassing 5-year strategic plan rooted in extensive process and gap analyses with established key performance indicators to measure success.- Led full-scale organizational re branding to improve image and public relations, supporting enhanced strategic partnership development with government agencies, membership, and other external stakeholders. - Directed a major internal operational reorganization to improve labour relations and positively impact organizational culture. Reduced internal collective bargaining processes from a year-long process to an average of 5 days, for 2 separate bargaining cycles.- Developed and implemented a standardized membership survey to consolidate and analyze feedback, track initiative progress, and ensure enterprise accountability to established objectives.- Spearheaded initiatives to enhance business operations and internal professionalism including implementation of a leadership program, a suite of internal educational programs, and improved annual general meeting processes.- Analyzed operations at each cross-functional department to proactively identify risks and develop the first cohesive internal risk management plan.- Leveraged governance expertise to standardize operating procedures aligned with strategic plan. Supported and enhanced the policy governance model, developing and implementing new and comprehensive consolidated policies and governance by-laws.

Drove strategic direction of a non-profit system of occupational health clinics, leading and collaborating with multi-level stakeholders across Board executives, operational personnel, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to define key business objectives, establish success metrics, and develop actionable strategies towards innovative organizational change.Selected Accomplishments:- Spearheaded development and standardization of an organizational strategic business planning process based on extensive analysis of existing processes and overall working culture, leveraging foundational government and Board relations to develop, deliver, and monitor success of the strategic plan.- Built and maintained effective relations with a diverse range of healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and technicians, employing a proven, people-focused management approach to facilitate clinical education and training while consistently driving mutually successful outcomes.- Actively identified, proposed, and enabled innovative service models in close collaboration with operational staff and Board executives to secure additional funding and improve client service.
