I was the lead Implementation Consultant for Talentia's HCM solution. My role involved:- implementing solution directly with client from pre-project phases, to scoping, delivery, UAT and deployment;- delivering functional Training Programmes in person and remotely;- supporting client closely through workshops and continued contact during scoping and testing phases- creating Training Documentation for trainers and clients;- delivering bespoke workshop sessions with clients;- working closely with Sales, Technical and R&D teams to deliver expected solutions for clients;- supporting team by creating and implementing internal change processes (e.g. product pre-sales material, new scoping and configuration processes, knowledge transfers).
