Throughout the audit lifecycle, emphasize a customer centric approach, striving to develop positive working relationships with executives and management, while providing risk-based and value-added recommendations based on root cause analysis that improves the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.

- Manage complex and dynamic risk and compliance consulting engagements across multiple industries, including manufacturing, retail, financial services, insurance, and health care, as well as the public sector. - Advise boards and executives on formation of sustainable governance, risk management, and compliance programs through various channels, including executive roundtables, speaking engagements, and published articles in national periodicals. - Author and assemble methodologies and toolkits for nationwide service delivery and training in such disciplines as Enterprise Risk Management, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, Enterprise Risk Assessment, Project Management, and Software Selection.

- Start up Public Science, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation firm. Obtain and maintain office, data center, and network infrastructure to allow consultants to develop and troubleshoot customers’ computing applications from our office. - Manage multiple PeopleSoft implementation engagements maintaining quality and profitability. - Manage day to day business affairs, including hiring, payroll, benefits, accounting, procurement, payables, invoicing, collection, and tax reporting.

- Assist with the development of a business process reengineering methodology for firm wide adoption and presented at the annual Worldwide Partner meeting. - Develop system applications, including detail design, coding, quality assurance/debugging, system testing, and integration testing.
