Spearheaded a new food rescue channel and strategy for Feeding America, focused on food service and convenience stores. Developed a long-term strategic plan and innovated a new food rescue model that reduced operational costs and onboarding constraints, accelerating program scale. Created deep, long-lasting partnerships that generated multi-million dollar investments in capacity-building assets for food banks and over 100 million pounds of donated food.

Responsible for sales of the National Restaurant Association's training and certification content - ServSafe, ServSafe Alcohol, ServSafe Foodhandler and other programs to a defined 12 state region. Work with major accounts to develop training/certification solutions and State Restaurant Associations to create strategic sales and marketing plans to increase visibility of the ServSafe training programs and other National Restaurant Association products and services within their communities.
