Along with developing dynamic Hazard Perception programme to engage teams in risk assessments before during and after tasks, I also leverage exceptional leadership talent in training/empowering all crew members to foster sustainable and improvement-focused safety culture. Furthermore, I provide strategic guidance to senior management on all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environmental issues, driving policy improvements and compliance.
