(RFTIT) * Coordinate with Field Technical Specialist (FTS) on problems and situations that require their intervention. * Investigate and resolve difficult repair situations by duplicating and testing them in the Technical Helpdesk workshop. * Send SPR and Technical reports as needed. * Conduct Retailer visits and rotate to VCC on a regular basis to refresh knowledge and skill level on current and future products. * Monitor and maintain THD phone system. * Attendance and scheduling of THD staff. * Immediately address all IT issues that effect the THD operation. * Update and maintain THD and TIE information on VRC2 and TIE systems. * Schedule and forecast training for THD staff and coordinate weekly THD staff meetings. * Maintain and provide management with THD monthly reports.
