• Lead, motivate, and develop a geographically distributed team of professionals to deliver World Class Support (technical and non-technical) for vehicle-related concerns. Responsibilities:
• Deliver the highest quality, premium level support in compliance with Volvo established methods and procedures
• Establish and monitor team KPI’s to ensure consistent delivery with service level agreements
• Provide daily insight, supervision and prioritization of all support centers workflow and ongoing project initiatives including resource management
• Operational development of VCUS Technical Support Center
• Lead the technical escalation process for internal and dealer cases

Job Summary: Team Leader is responsible for the day to day operations of the Volvo Technical Helpdesk. Planning, scheduling, reporting, training and handling the day to day business issues.To provide technical support to Retailer technicians / internal customers via the Web and telephone. In difficult repair situations, provide the highest quality.

• Document and report in TIE all technical issues and inform appropriate departments of new issues that are negatively effecting customer satisfaction.
• Assist Retailer Technicians with guided diagnostics when necessary to ensure the vehicle is Fixed Right The First Time in Time. (RFTIT)
• Coordinate with Field Technical Specialist (FTS) on problems and situations that require their intervention.
• Assist Field Technical Specialist with Master Tech Meetings as needed.
• Investigate and resolve difficult repair situations by duplicating and testing them in the Technical Helpdesk workshop.
