•Plan, coordinate, and implement Borrower Recovery Initiative post foreclosure assistance program in conjunction with MassCap and the Attorney General’s Office•Intake, assess, and assist households in need of pre and post foreclosure assistance•Implement direct service delivery protocols which include: case management services, housing search assistance, financial literacy education, and prevention/stabilization services•Identify community resources and support systems to support program participants•Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly client data reports•Monitor data quality management of program•Create and implement program marketing outreach•Act as program liaison with internal and external departments as it relates to program implementation and outcomes
