Juba, South Sudan

Led 20 member international engineering team include 160 South Sudanese craftsmen in the planning, design, construction and maintenance of United Nations Mission in South Sudan Headquarters Base. Engineering work in support of critical operations for over 5,500 UN military and civilian personnel as well as 39,000 Internally Displaced Persons. Oversaw 260 member Bangladesh Army Construction Engineer Company in construction of two new UN bases, Main Supply Route road repairs, critical security infrastructure repairs and engineering work in support of the local South Sudanese community in Juba. Liased with military, police and civilians from over 60 countries to provide engineering support to Peacekeeping operations across the Central Equatorian region of South Sudan.

Led project management team in planning, programming, design, construction and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure in support of the 375th Air Mobility Wing and 31 tenant organizations. The 200 million dollar construction and maintenance portfolio enables the missions of four major Headquarter facilities to include, Unites States Transportation Command, Air Mobility Command, Headquarters 18th Air Force and United States Army Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command.

Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan

Led engineering flight responsible for overseeing multi-million dollar NATO Support and Procurement Agency contract maintenance of 153 facilities to include Kandahar International Airport Runway. Oversaw operation and maintenance of critical Mobile Aircraft Arresting System provide emergency recovery capability to fighter aircraft operating in Afghanistan. Worked with Joint, and Coalition Military as well as international civilian partners to execute base support operations.

Scott Afb, Illinois

Led team of 11 military and 9 civilians for management of $9M of infrastructure work orders, preventive maintenance and service contract operations in support of $3B of infrastructure, 826 facilities and 40K personnel. Oversaw snow and ice removal operations for entire installation ensuring uninterrupted operations of critical DoD missions.

Scott Air Force Base, Illinois

Oversaw all aspects of squadron communication and suspense tracking as well calendar and task tracking for the unit commander. Led two troop training construction projects to ensure squadron readiness for contingency operations. Performed contractor management for multi million dollar winter grounds maintenance contract ensuring zero mission loss during winter operations.
