• Manage and organize all incoming files supplied by sales accounts.• Preflight, prepare, and output proofs and print files to a variety of rip management stations and printers.• Color match proofs to spec’d pantone colors and supplied hard copies. • Communicate with clients regarding layout, dimensions, color proofing, image resolution, materials, file types, etc. • Maintain and archive files by backing up daily to local servers.

• Printing & Plotting cut vinyl with Mimaki printer and plotter. • Creating price quotes, material proposals, & filing invoices.• Inventory of all in house & outsource materials. • Design & create logos, banners, posters, vehicle lettering, labels, etc. • Production of banners, posters, interior & exterior signage, advertisements of all kinds, etc.
