The total contract value (TCV) of the program is over $100 million. I work with Allianz Technology to mature and uplift the operational side of Allianz Australia while integrating into the Allianz Service Now enterprise service management tool.I am responsible for managing the initiation and building of business cases, aligning them with the strategic vision and group technology roadmap, and reporting at the C-suite level to the program board and business strategy portfolio boards across the group. I was responsible for leading the effort to implement technology infrastructure for the new 10,000 sqm floor space in our Sydney property. This involves collaborating with the Chief Technology Office, IT Operations, and the Information Security Group to analyze concepts, manage costs, design timelines, develop communication and risk management strategies, and oversee the transition from our current Windows 7 operating system to Windows 10 as a service (WaaS). In parralle, I also implemented the applications from the Microsoft 365 modern suite to support our growing staff base and enable flexible, secure remote work from anywhere. To achieve this, a review and redesign of the current processes and frameworks was undertaken and integrating Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business for collaboration, including meeting room technologies. The new modern applications are being maintained by Microsoft SCCM and InTune for effective application lifecycle management.

Responsible for the IT Fitout, relocation, User Migration of Navitas Hyde Park 255 Elizabeth Street programme along with the decommissioning of the incumbent premises, leading a team of internal and external reports, part of the Navitas Group-IT team, delivering a total contract value $71 million for the complete fitout of a 15 storey, 20,000 sqm building designed for educational use and catering for over 4000 students and up to 1000 staff, this building is being designed to allow flexible working environments through the design and implementation of customized agile activity based working environments whilst delivering core business value for Navitas in providing a blended approach of formal and informal workspaces, designing the IT technology to suit these spaces, adaptable work environments that can be changed to suit business needs and provide a flexible working environment that is simpler faster consistent and efficient across all buildings.
