Began with empty building... Designed, set up and implemented prepress department from scratch including workflow system, proofing and CTP for Commercial Printer. Created an electronic job ticket and billing system that was later adopted by the vendor. Supervised this department until eventual buyout by the printer.

Managed Technical Center personnel involved with demonstrations, training and follow up support. Lead US demonstrator on Technical Sales Support Team responsible for enhancing sales cycles and closing business with territory sales representatives. Performed system evaluations, customer integration and workflow troubleshooting. Responsible for setting up demo environment across 4 US tech centers, developing new workflows, procedures, training manual. Served as post-sales onsite “fireman”.
