Supervised 21 satellite operations instructors across 4 positions and 2 satellite programs. Executed Global Positioning System and Defense Support Program satellite mission ready training program. Established, reviewed and implemented all missione ready instructional materials and procedures.

Commanded a 20-person officer/enlisted satellite operations crew responsible for 33+ on-orbit spacecraft, ground equipment, and two operations centers valued at $5.1B. Conducted launch and early-orbit operations for both Global Positioning System (GPS) and Defense Support Program (DSP) satellite constellations. Provided command, control, training and evaluations for Midcourse Space Experiment (MSX) space-based surveillance satellite. Responded to on-orbit anomalies for DSP, GPS, and MSX spacecraft. Supervised launch and range operations evaluators in establishing and maintaining launch crew certification and readiness. Prepared launch operations personnel for higher headquarter's inspections. Evaluated and established standardized procedures for mission ready Titan and Atlas launch controllers/directors. Authored western range emergency procedures. Led post launch, range and launch squadron operations reviews integrating wing corrective actions. Planned and executed Air Force Space Command’s annual worldwide Guardian Challenge Space and Missile Competition, and tactics improvement exercises Guardian Sword (20 AF) and Guardian Tiger (14 AF). Supervised and directed event protocol, logistics, scheduling, administration, and planning activities. Established/coordinated HQ AFSPC, 14 AF, 20 AF, eight space and missile wings event requirements. Developed print and audiovisual materials for large scale events. Commanded a unit of five Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) operations combat crews, three ICBM alert facility managers and three alert facility food service technicians. Responsible for the proficiency, professional development and morale of assigned unit personnel. Instructed ICBM combat crews in the weapons system simulator and in the operational alert environment. Developed and implemented plans and procedures to ensure unit achieved wartime and peacetime commitments.
