RECENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT ACHIEVEMENTSWestbourne Green Housing Renewal Programme - Successful management of this complex regeneration scheme with a GDV of £160m, delivering 350 mixed tenure new homes, new retail premises, community facilities and public realm improvements. Instrumental in identifying the opportunity, initiating and managing the project to Stage C design. Responsible for appointing and managing multi-disciplinary design teams for masterplannning and Stage B and C design as well as all aspects of project management including internal governance, stakeholder relationships, community engagement, pre planning application, and financial viability. This project demonstrates my ability to progress large scale and complex schemes. Carlton Dene Development Feasibility - Concept design for a mixed use scheme comprising care housing for older people, retail community use and housing. The scheme, with a GDV of £50m, offers a 80 bed care facility plus 60 mixed tenure housing units. I was successful in broadening the scope of the project to include infill housing opportunities to create a viable development opportunity that responds to public service needs. Lanark Road site disposal for development - Lanark Road site disposal for development of 70 intermediate housing units and community facilities. Successful management of contract discussions and negotiations, achieving best value consideration for the council, Secretary of State Consent for the disposal of education land and full project governance including Cabinet Member approvals of the business case. Dudley House Design Team Procurement - Successful management of the procurement of a multidisciplinary design team to take this mixed use school and 90 PRS unit housing development from Stage B to D in preparation for full planning application. Further co-ordination of the tendering exercise for a design and build contractor.
