Introduction of lean philosophy into the Laboratory, improving workflows, reducing turn around time and cost reduction. On the anayltical side the role focuses on introduction of new methodologies and improvements in existing methods, giving the customer improved quality, whilst increasing the capacity for analytical testing within food chemistry

Improved analytical techniques within the business and introduced very significant cost savings, through the development of new methodologies and prctices coupled with the development of a novel SPE product with outside suppliers. Experienced in the transfer of work and equipment from other Laboratories into Alcontrol.
