My name is Anthony, and I am currently a senior at the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Systems. Growing up, I always gravitated towards solving puzzles and math problems, but at the same time, I loved exploring the new emerging technology. At the age of 4, I already knew how DVD's, TV's, and stereo systems worked together. As I aged, my love for technology grew, and I kept expanding my knowledge, especially in Audio/video technology. I eventually became that person that everybody goes to for their tech support. By the time I reached High school, I was intrigued by my first entrepreneurship class, and at that moment, I knew I could blend in my love for technology. I chose to go through the Information Technology pathway that my high school offered with a concentration in Web Design and Networking. The summer before my senior year, I decided to take on an internship, and I landed a job as an Accounting associate, which led to me becoming interested in Accounting. Taking this role expanded my horizons and my knowledge of how a business works from the inside. I plan to graduate in 2023 and create a company that will give back to my community and helps those within the community to achieve their dreams and set them on the right path. I'm excited to see what the future holds and hope to expand my knowledge and skills along the way.
