Our firm has the resources to conduct financial statement audits for privately-held companies with revenue under $75 million. We routinely audit companies with revenue in the $20-$50 million range. I plan and prepare individual / shareholder (1040), corporate (1120, 1120S), trust and estate (1041) and not for profit (990) tax returns. My primary focus is tax planning and preparation for S Corporations and shareholders of S Corporations.
