As one of the founding members of Aretec, Anthony drives the company’s vision, mission, and overall direction. He is involved in the day-to-day managerial decision making and routinely collaborates with team members to ensure the proper implementation of the company’s strategic plan. He is also responsible for surveying the competitive landscape and identifying new growth and development opportunities for the company.Before becoming Aretec’s visionary leader, his early career saw him working at America Online. It was there that his insight into networking and its infrastructure components sparked his interest in software development and enterprise design. Seizing that momentum, Anthony launched what has been a 20-year ascent in the IT programming and enterprise engineering industry.A graduate of Western Governors University (WGU), Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology Management along with several industry certifications in programming and enterprise engineering. He has worked in senior-level positions with government solution providers such as IBM, Harris Corporation, Booz Allen Hamilton in which he directly supported prominent clients within the Presidential community of interest, Secretary of State, and Secretary of Defense, where his focus was on service modernization that improved operational efficiency.

Oversee all technical project direction while following ITIL IT service management processes. Provide executive leadership to include solution development, business strategies, proposal positioning and project development. Using my broad experience in IT management I leveraged the latest technological solutions to exceed the expectations of TSI’s clients. Prior to serving as Director, I have held several management and senior level IT positions with the U.S. Department of State, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Tax Trade Bureau and Navy Marine Corps Intranet. In those positions, I have defined and developed strategic management and IT related advancements, to their respective IT infrastructure encompassing integration, security, and scalability initiatives.

Define strategy and develop, execute, and manage comprehensive network infrastructure plan encompassing integration initiatives for Madam Secretary and various law enforcement agencies connecting to the U.S. State Department. Communicate with State Department IT management, and vendors to coordinate any network topology change goals. Plan and carry out regional topology research and analyses for implantation builds, to include network scalability and security. Play integral role in product selection and lab testing activities for new incoming network projects.Contributions:• Lead implementation team for new U.S. Presidential transition network at Department of State building.• Designed and configured Madam Secretary Clinton’s WAN/LAN connectivity. • Maintained all network security parameters following government regulatory FIPS requirements.• Increased network security to the Diplomatic Security branch by implementing Juniper’s virtual routing topology.• Lead security project to upgrade Diplomatic Security WAN, as well as meeting TIC compliance IDS security requirements.
