From a corporate development standpoint, in recent years, I have been involved in over US$100 million of acquisitions (M&A) activity spanning multiple transactions in Canada and the U.S.Unlocking the value of data through analytics has been a long time passion and catalyst for a track record of revenue and profitability growth throughout my career. While at SoftChoice Corp. (private/public - Software Reseller), revenue grew from C$180 million to over C$500 million, at CryptoLogic (public - Online Gaming), revenue grew from US$40 million to over US$100 million and while at Points International Ltd.
