CurrentMy mandate involves charting the course and spearheading the development and implementation of IT services and projects. I am charged with formulating and executing strategies for enterprise IT systems that enhance business processes, improve fiscal efficiency, raise service quality, and stimulate corporate growth. I provide profound insights into the company’s IT landscape and workforce, offering strategic counsel to the Executive Team, IT Steering and Innovation Committees, and the Customer Care Center. My managerial duties include overseeing the IT infrastructure and software divisions, the IT Audit Department, and Data Privacy compliance, as well as cultivating partnerships with technology vendors, telecom carriers, and our Technology Expense Management (TEM) provider. My role guarantees the seamless delivery of IT services through the management of service level agreements, the surveillance of IT system efficacy, and the upkeep of Business Continuity Plans. I execute SSAE 18 SOC IT General Controls (ITGC) risk evaluations, ensuring the detailed and accurate documentation of ITGC processes. I supervise the assessment of the ITGC structure’s functional effectiveness and direct corrective actions for SOC I Type 2 and SOC II examinations. Furthermore, I maintain the PCI-DSS V4.0 Security Program, certifying that our security protocols for credit card information meet industry compliance standards, supporting an extensive network of over 3700 Merchant ID (MID) accounts.
