That was ordered by city hall for great area of Paris. Responsible for the industrialization of bike headlight system support :- Defined properly and kept updated the BOM (bill of materials) with Design Department- Worked closely with Purchasing and Logistics Department for ordering the references- Developed and fine-tuned production plannings regarding the progress of project and expectations of customer- Daily report about risks and red points identified to project team over OBEYA fonctionment meeting- Dealt with designers and procurements team- Defined with suppliers rates of production and their working standards- Kept updated official documents such as : plans, working standards, specifications, orders, quotes, and so on

VOLVO is an international vehicle (cars, buses and trucks) manufacturing company. •Successfully executed a project planned over two years for delivering all the parts (prototypes and series parts) designed to being assembled and tested for around sixty trucks (Volvo and Renault mixing brands) into 3 different plants (2 in France and 1 in Belgium)• Attended to weekly meeting with project teams, factories and design teams about the project progresses, identified possible and uncover risks and defined an action plan • Managed and assisted a dozen of supply chain employees to meet the project needs through managing their portfolio around forty suppliers each one, for a total of more three hundred references.• Created and kept updated the KPIs over the project life and defined the PDCA associated while an issue arisen • Worked closely with multidisciplinary teams: supply chain and warehouse personnel to manage prototype shipments. Results : The project (over 100M€ budget) was delivered on time and Volvo got the Euro6 certification. Therefore, VOLVO Trucks was granted to sell its new trucks by the time the certification was set up.

SIEGWERK is an international world-leading ink manufacturer. It develops ink depending on the clients’ needs.• Created a 1-year study plan to synthesize 10 different improved polyurethanes; drafting specifications, developing synthetic routes, benchmark testing (IR, GPC, NMR, UV, SEM, SPM, etc)• Formulated and developed new range of inks based on the improved polyurethanes produced with appropriate additives • Modified the material and the synthesis as needed, to meet customers’ requirements through interaction with Sales Department to determine quality specifications of the products)• Drafted and released safety procedures about handling and managing hazardous materials in the lab• Provided support to the Production Unit in the implementation of the new reactor for scale-up synthesis (yearly polyurethanes’ production >500T).Results : The novel and improved polyurethanes developed reduced the amount of the material needed in the formulation, lowered the price (estimated saving 15%), and addressed new markets.

INOPLAST (a subsidiary of Plastic Omnium Corporation) designs, manufactures, and distributes composite and thermoplastic parts for the automobile and truck industry with customers including Peugeot and Renault• Worked closely with different business units such as Production, Warehouse and Logistic to ensure quality and quantity of paints available for production to avoid delays or shutdown in the process and complaints from customers • Ensured all suppliers were certified with the right standards and products were developed in respect with MSDS• Managed and solved non-conformities, tracked quality suppliers and approved new batches (~15/week)• Provided support to production (endorsements productions, summons of suppliers to solve a quality issue).Results : All materials handled were according to specifications. This result in avoiding customers’ complaints cost that could reach to 100,000 €/day

UNIDECOR (a subsidiary of Bourbon Corporation) manufactures and distributes composites parts for the automotive industry. • Led a project for reducing the number of thinners and hardeners (> 200 reference numbers) included in paints (sustained quality, performances and manufacturing processes of paints)• Managed trials in laboratory to validate the specifications (sun test, high pressure water, etc)• Coordinated with multiple departments (Logistics, Production and Quality) to test the product• Ensured suppliers’ products meet UNIDECOR’s standards in price, shipment, and MSDS specifications. Results : A substantial percentage (30%) of thinners and hardeners were replaced. The company estimated a profit of over 10% per year (>1M€): resulted from reduction costs of maintenance, simplifying logistics and manufacturing, and less waste
