CurrentAs the GHQ Flagship Store Manager, responsible for the following:-Ensured that customers are the number one focus by maintaining a welcoming environment to everyone who enters the store.-Marketed merchandise by supporting corporate advertising, sales promotions, and display plans in cooperation with Brickmania Leadership Team.-Ensured that preferential treatment is given to most profitable Brickmania merchandise.-Used previous design experiences to create social media assets to support the Brickmania brand.-Supported local store marketing through community outreach and connection with local fan base.-Maintained store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new employees.-Completed store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and evaluating work results.-Initiated, coordinated, and enforced operational, personnel, and regulatory policies and procedures.-Protected store employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.-Completed and submitted timely required reports for Brickmania Leadership Team.-Maintained availability of merchandise by ordering inventory through Brickmania Customer Service Department.
