Key Roles:Engineer & Service Delivery manager of enterprise virtual desktop infrastructure supporting ~1500 onshore & offshore usersKey Projects:-Foundational VDI : Migration of legacy VMware View platform to Citrix XenDesktop 7.x

Development and implementation of enterprise wide software solutions. Software Engineering role includes gathering requirements from business for software solutions, implementing and supporting software using TEM and other Tivoli technologies.•Leading the design, development, engineering, and translation of complex business application and engineering business requirements into viable technical plans and projects•Coordinate projects for enterprise wide deployment using project management skills and following enterprise change control policies.•Engineer and test software packages, analyze failed deployments, and remediate package failures.

Development of enterprise wide enduser technology solutions, including workstation design and desktop virtualization. •Directly manage virtual desktop infrastructure of approx 500 virtual desktops•Managed and developed all Windows 7 and Windows XP standard images for all standard hardware•Evaluated options for end user hardware, in order to meet demands of end user base

Responsible for support of Charlotte trading floor and southeast regional offices. Role included performing and managing moves and changes for business critical trading activities.

Responsible for desktop support of over 1,200 users on multiple building campus and for assistance with help desk coverage as needed.
