After over a decade working for a fortune 500 insurance company and eventually running the number one ranked sales team as a sales manager, I realized that I was tired of other people deciding what I was capable of and how much my time was worth. With an abrupt end to what I though was going to be a lifelong career, I decided to get out of my comfort zone and start a life insurance agency. It was not easy, but with great partnerships and mentorships I found that not only could I be successful outside of the cooperate umbrella, but I also learned I could help others achieve success as insurance agents and financial advisors.
