As the Program Director, I hold the highest student leadership position on the URI Tour Guide Team. My job consists of supervising and supporting a team of 100+ tour guides, ensuring they adhere to policies and maintain professionalism. I must facilities communication from Professional Staff, organize meetings, manage payroll, oversee disciplinary processes, and ensure efficient email response times. I collaborate with my Executive Board of 9 Students, facilitate training sessions, and update policies and procedures. Additionally, I collaborate with URI's Orientation Team to interview and hire new Student Ambassadors. Overall, I have an opportunity to spread my knowledge of leadership development, which can be applied to other responsibilities on the Tour Guide Team.

As a Campus Tour Guide, I have the opportunity to publicly speak to groups of visitors, while providing them with my knowledge of URI. Additionally, I am capable of answering on the spot questions, and am able to provide my personal connection to the university.

As an Orientation Week Leader, I assisted new students with move the move in process and furthermore supporting these students get acclimated to their first week of college.

- Assisted in organizing URI’s Leadership Institute alongside the faculty of the Center for Student Leadership Development- Interviewed and hired Peer Leaders to lead our first year students- Trained Peer Leaders in preparation for the arrival of first year URI students interested in leadership development- A consultant for all, whether it’s a Peer Leader or a first year student

As a Peer Leader, I worked aside another Peer Leader to guide a group of 9 first year students at URI. We facilitated a variety of activities correlating to leadership development and team building skills.

As a Government Affairs Intern with National Grid, I have gained great knowledge about State Government. In my role, I've tracked legislation in the State of Massachusetts, completed briefings' of all MA Legislators, as well as attended weekly Gridtern Events. By the end of my internship, I was able to put all my work together and showcase it during a networking event.

As a Cash Office Clerk, I handle the vast majority of the stores finances. I conduct audits, facilitate bank deposits and rebuild cash drawers.

As a Customer Service Associate, I handle customer requests, provide refunds when needed, operate and sell MA State Lottery, and answer the store’s phone.

As a Front End Supervisor, I would assist the Management of the Store in making sure the needs of customers, cashiers, and baggers were met.

As a Cashier/Bagger, I have the skill of interacting with customers, while operating the cash register during transactions. I have the knowledge and skill of training new employees in this role as well.

As a two time Tour Guide Trainer, I have had the opportunity to train two groups of newly hired tour guides. My job as a trainer consisted of small group training sessions, conducting graded mock tours, providing tour feedback and other requests from the Training Coordinator.

As the Outreach Coordinator, I worked closely alongside the Recruitment Coordinator. My job was to organize and execute recruitment booths; advertising the Office of New Student Transitions. Additionally, I assisted in interviewing, deliberating, and hiring the next class of Student Ambassadors for the 2024 year.

Working on behalf of the Worcester DA’s Office, I was able to assist in maintaining the properties of local fields across the City of Worcester.
