As a Worldwide Chapter Lead, my role is to maintain an advisory relationship with the BAM Chairperson, acting as the voice of the chapters and ensuring their message is amplified to our BAM leadership team. Within the BAM Community, they act as strategic partners who highlight and communicate best practices to ensure continuity across BAM chapters.
