Provide hardware and software support for over 3000 assets connected to the United States Air Force (USAF) network (AFNet) including the installation and maintenance of the USAF Standard Desktop Configuration (SDC) using the Pre-boot Executable Environment (PXE), Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), BMC Client Management, SolarWinds DameWare Remote Support, and Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE) on both the Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and the Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet).Responsible for the creation and maintenance of computer and user accounts in Active Directory (AD) the NetIQ Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) Web console and for maintaining an accurate account of security permissions through GPOs.Tracked trends in support tickets through BMC Remedy with Smart IT and BMC IT Ticket Management System (ITSM).Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training procedures that are used by the USAF eTools program and provided primary training to all onboarding eTools personnel.Responsible for the testing of new hardware and software for use within the eTools program, including making recommendations to eTools leadership.Developed the procedures for the installation of the Navy Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Standard Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) Viewer on the AFNet for use in the maintenance of the US Navy C-130 airframe.Primary technical point of contact (POC) for the establishment of the 116th Air Control Wing (ACW) and the 53rd Air Traffic Control Squadron (ATCS) eTools programs, and for the proof-of-concept testing for Honeywell’s voice recognition system on eTools assets.Primary technical POC for the Robins AFB Crisis Action Team (CAT) assets.Maintain an active Secret level clearance.
