Currently working as the Lead Assembly Technician for Trophy and Remote Control Weapons Station Defense systems. I assist my team by assisting with training on various assemblies. I help with keeping the flow of parts to the Clean Room, and reject any parts that are out of spec or damaged in the installation process. I work with the engineer and QA Dept for making updates to assembly procedures. I assist with assembling subassemblies using verbal instructions, wiring schematics, wiring lists, blueprints, schematics, set operating procedures and technical manuals. I create visual aids and step by step procedures for testing and assembling.Environmental/Temperature/Vibration Stress screening, testing and documenting.Assemble Printed Circuit Boards, connectors and other components into housings and make required interconnections using soldering, wire crimping, and other techniques as specified to IPC Class 3 standards.Fabricate Cable assemblies using soldering, wire crimping, and other techniques as required to IPC /WHMA-A-620, Class 3 standards.Accurately record information, traceability requirements, labor hours, and other statistics, into computer databases to comply with customer and AS9100 requirements. Occasionally takes over the responsibilities of the area when the Supervisor is not present. This includes but is not limited to gathering manufacturing data, reporting employee hours, projects shortage lists and working with the technicians to keep production moving.I assisted the Engineer in the repair of our test equipment that stopped production of one of our assemblies. In doing this I was able to save the company money for repair costs and down time the company would have had to wait for sending the equipment out for repairs. Fixing the test equipment resumed the production line helping with the Company's revenue.

Working with wiring schematics to assemble and wire back panels and power backup cabinets. Before joining the team the average error per machine built has been 6 to 8. The new expectation has since changed to 2 to 3. (According to QC inspections) Outside of working hours and job description, was able to create an instruction manual on how to build the machines to spec. This manual lays out measurements and instructions that were previously vague and non-precise.

Managing the distribution of flyers to local schools and businesses. arranging the marketing with the local school sports teams. Helping to facilitate joint venture partnerships and assisting in the creation of the “Youth Academic Excellency Initiative” to help prepare students for the workforce and help major corporations gain interns and entry level employees with not only a higher level of education but a higher standard of work ethic.Office Duties include: keeping the parents informed of the progress their student is making in their Tutoring. Keeping the parents informed of any deals, promotions or new programs that are available. Booking appointments for new evaluations and current students by phone, email and in person. Helping to maintain the Student Data Base, keeping the contact info up to date, and handling payments. Managing the purchasing of equipment, ordering of services and any construction for the office. Tutor students in Reading and English skills from Pre-K through High School. Responsible for introducing some students to their ABCs and learning the basics of Reading. Also responsible for some of the students with more complex concepts of Vocabulary and Reading like "Context", "Sequence of Events" and "Main Idea".

(on occasion performed onsite maintenance) Ensured adherence to the Kanban Processes and leading team meetings.Initiated test process improvements and creation of a calibration tool for Parata Systems. Won best idea award at Parata Systems for the creation of this tool.
