As a project manager my daily tasks include but are not limited to: • Making initial contact with clients for project review and construction processes• Bid review and vendor selection• Create purchase orders for vendors• Site visits/scheduling adjustments• Submitting engineering & permitting • Creating schedules & tracking progress • Tracking sub-contractor’s progress • Oversee entire project from inception to completion/close out documents/survey.

ACPI – Supplies cabinets, countertops & trim to builders developing new subdivisions. The position was to schedule service/warranty of cabinetry & countertop replacement, working directly with the project superintendent or homeowner when needed.Scheduling between 15 to 20 service appointments daily using 3 assigned service tech & and sub-contractors. Including tracking payroll, expenses & ordering replacement parts as needed.

Zia –Specialized in residential remodeling – my position was Lead Carpenter & oversight of employees & sub-contractors. Inspection of all job sites daily.Providing material list & getting the material to the Jobsite.Trim carpentry & getting employees to the Jobsite.
